- In an extra large heated skillet, add olive oil. Add diced onions and green peppers, and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes over medium heat.

- Add ground chuck and cook until browned. Drain the grease from the meat.
- Stir in all the seasonings and spices to mix evenly through the browned ground chuck.
- Add crushed and diced tomatoes, and stir to combine.
- Add tomato sauce and stir. Turn the heat to low and let simmer for 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, boil spaghetti pasta in a large pot of water for about 7 to 8 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the water to prevent the pasta from sticking.
